Product Description :
Video : Great video quality, but like all HK DVDs, there are the accasional artifacts & glitches.
Audio : Excellent sound quality.
Subtitle : Quite good for an HK version. The main character names are correctly translated, and the translated monster names come fairly close to their actual Japanese names. The subbing does get a little dicey on the third disc, but you can still follow the story.
Story : Great story! The ideal choice for any Ultraman fan who has a soft spot for the monsters.
Overall : Ultraman Cosmos is a kinder, gentler Ultra-series. The main goal of the combat team of the show is to relocate, not kill, the giant monsters they face, while Ultraman Cosmos himself only kills when absolutely neccesary. The special effects are on par with all the newer Ultra shows like Tiga & Dyna, and the team dynamics are interesting as always.
