Ariyoshi Juna is a a high-school girl like any other, with family problems, boy-issues, etc., until one afternoon she catches a lift home on a friend''''s (Tokio) motorbike and is involved in a fatal accident. Juna dies, but is confronted by a boy called Kris who gives her a choice: to die, or live once more and fight the disturbance of the world. When she returns from the dead, she finds that she can sense the living world around her in a way that is almost overwhelming. In time of great danger she finds that she also has the power to protect herself and the ones she cares about in a more direct way.
