For Domestic Addressee We offer FREE UPS ground shipping for all orders of $100 or more to 48 contagious States. Please note this free shipping offer is not offered for PO BOX addressee and addressee outside of 48 contagious States. (APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, U. S. Virgin Island, Guam, Samoa & Saipan.) UPS Ground (takes 2-7 days) UPS 2 Day Air (takes 2 days) For 48 contagious States, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Island, Guam, Samoa and Saipan USPS EMS (takes 2 days) For International Addressee We do not provide insurance and tracking number for USPS mdeia services. Customers will be responsible for any lost or damaged packages from delivery. USPS Media (takes 7-15 days) No insurance , no tracking number are provided. USPS EMS (takes 3-7 days) with delivery confirnmation services UPS Air (takes 3-7 days) with insurance & tracking services Order Processing Your orders will be processed on every business day from Monday to Friday to ensure prompt delivery. Weekend and Holiday orders are processed on the following business day. Otherwise, you will notify by email if your order is delayed due to backordered items. Order Confirmation Upon successful credit card payment transaction, a return mail of confirmation order will be send back to our customers by Paypal. Ordering Policies We are NOT liable for any charges or lost shipments via Registered Airmail as the shipping method are not insured. International shipments may be subject to additional custom fees, duties and taxes. We DO NOT liable any import duties, taxes, custom fees or tariffs imposed by various governments on the product. Animovies.com have the rights to hold or reject your order if ordering information provided indicates any likelihood of credit card fraud. P.O Box is NOT shippable via Courier Company as they are NOT accepting these addresses. We are NOT responsible for any fees incurred by incorrect addresses or refused shipment. We will ship the packages to your billing address if your shipping address is not verified with us. Exchange Exchange with in seven days, the buyer must send item back! The buyer must pay shipping when returning items for any reason! Even Damage or an incorrect shipment from us. No exchange for any opened items (NO EXCEPTIONS). We apologize for any inconvenience, but in order to keep our $6 flat rate shipping on all US orders we must use this policy. Return Policies All sales are final and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. However, you may exchange with the same title if the product is defective or received a wrong title. All defective items and incorrect shipments must be reported within 15 days from the date of receipt, so please return as soon as you can. When returning incorrect shipments, they must be in new and sealed condition. Make sure to put DETAILED note of the problem you are experiencing. Any disc that does not clearly show an audio or video defect, (i.e. 'do not like' or 'poor video/subtitle quality' are not acceptable defects, and will NOT be eligible for return / exchange / refund. Note: All the shipping cost shall be borne by customer unless the return is a result of our error. Please inform us the unconditioned problem through email and we will send a Return Form for your fill in. Customers are required to complete the form and return back to us via email before proceeding with item return. Pre-Order Preorder Items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to us from the supplier. Expected release dates are listed on the item's description. When you place order will charge immediately. (all price and release dates change with out notice) Order for preorder items placed along with other items will be held and shipped together to save you on shipping costs. If you ordered both preorder items and in stock items, and wish to receive the in stock items first instead of waiting for the preorder item to come in, then we suggest you place seperate orders for your preorder and in stock items.
