How can I pay with a check or money order?
When you are placing an order, choose "Mail-In" in default payment option in General Info when you are asked to fill your information. Once you checkout the order, you will receive total amount and an order number for your order. You will also receive confirmation email that contains total amount and the order number. Please print it out, or write it down on a piece of paper. You can then send your choice of payment. The mail-in address will be provided in the confirmation e-amil.
What types of payment do you accept? (I live in Canada. Can I pay with a Canadian money order?)
Online orders are payable with Paypal, credit cards, checks or money orders. Please note that orders may be delayed up to 7 business days until checks clear our bank.
International customer who intends to pay with money order must send International Money Order. We can not accept any other forms of money order due to the high financial charges requested at financial institutes for cashing it.
Regular Canadian Postal Money Order can not be accepted. Any money order that can not be cashed, will be sent back.

Can I still order if I do not have a Credit Card?
You can still make payment with Paypal, (provided that you have registered your banking account with it,) checks or money orders.
Do I receive any confirmation on my order? / How do I check my order status?
Immediately upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Please review and save this email because it will provide your order number, shipping address, and product(s) ordered.
Then your order will be processed within 48 hours. When your order is shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, you will also receive a ship notification email with tracking numbers right after your order is shipped.
You can check your order status at here in any time.
Some items on my order are not in the package!
We might have shipped available items first if your order was put on hold for long time. Remaining items will be sent upon availability.
If it is not the case, please write to customerservice@animovies.com.
Please note that posters & wall scrolls are shipped separately due to their shape.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
We use email address given when a customer makes an account with us. It is probably that you have given us wrong email address by typo, or that your email account's disk quota is full. Also, there is chance that confirmation letter could have been filtered out by SPAM filters.
I received order confirmation email, but why have I not received ship notification email?
A Ship notification email will be generated only to the order (package) with tracking numbers. If you haven't received it yet, it is perhaps;
Because your address is in Hawaii, Alaska, and PO BOX
Because your order was shipped outside US including Guam, Samoa, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO with US Postal Service.
Even if it may be your case, please do not feel worried about your order because you still can check your order status from here.

What kind of shipping methods do you have? / How long does shipping take?
We are providing range of shipping options by providing most of UPS'sshipping methods.
We can ship using;
- UPS Ground (takes 2-7 days)
- UPS 2 Day Air (takes 2 days)
- USPS * (takes 2~7days. International orders may take longer)
* This option is for international customers and APO/FPO Addresses. It could take longer, depending on country.
What are the shipping charges? / Do special shipping rules apply to orders totaling $200 or more?
For the detail, please take a look at our shipping policy. We offer free UPS ground shipping for order totaling $100 or more.
Do you ship to APO/FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO address. However, such package can only be shipped by USPS. Please consider that it could take longer to be delivered.

Do the prices on items ever change?
We try to keep our information and price on the site as accurate as it can be. However, they may be incorrect for some reasons. If you see that our information or price is incorrect, please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible.
How long does it take for an item to come back in?
Normally it should take a week or two provided that our suppliers have them. If certain item is subject to reprint, then it could take weeks or months.
What if I want something that is not on animovies.com?
If you can not find an item on our site, then we do not have it. However, be at ease as we are always stocking new items. If you feel that we do not have certain item that we should have, feel free to contact us.
How do I get notified about new products?
Mailing list about new products will be sent to those customers who request it. Alternatively, you can visit our New Arrival page.

Do you ship international?
We take orders from all over the world.
What if my adult material is confiscated?
Animovies.com is not responsible for the customs seizure of adult products. Though all shipments are in plain boxes, customs does check many packages. Please check with your local government before ordering adult products.
Are there any extra fees?
You may be charged customs duties or taxes on your package once it reached your country. We cannot assume any responsibility for any duties, taxes or other charges your package may incur once it enters your country. These charges, if any, must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these policies or circumstances, nor can we predict what, if any, effect your country's customs office will have on your package. If you have any questions about whether your package will be examined or levied, you should contact your local customs office for more information.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. However, you may exchange with the same title if the product is defective or received a wrong title. All defective items and incorrect shipments must be reported within 15 days from the date of receipt, so please return as soon as you can. When returning incorrect shipments, they must be in new and sealed condition. Make sure to put DETAILED note of the problem you are experiencing.
Any disc that does not clearly show an audio or video defect, (i.e. 'do not like' or 'poor video/subtitle quality' are not acceptable defects, and will NOT be eligible for return / exchange / refund.
(PLEASE, RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHIN 15 DAYS, IF NOT WE WILL NOT PROCESS IT AND THE PACKAGE WILL BE DISCARDED.)
I just ordered something that I don't really want. How do I cancel my order?
Please send an inquiry to customerservice@animovies.com immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed, there is no way we can stop it. You should refuse the delivery. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. . Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
I paid for order by money order, and I returned my order for refund, what happens next?
We will send you a check as soon as we receive your return. And it is subject to if the merchandise is still in new condition. 15% restocking fee will be applied upon returns. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
